CONCRETE FOUNDATION: Formsetter

Prefer experience setting footings, Symons wall forms, and tying rebar. Must have your own transportation and hand tools. Preferred 5-years of experience and valid driver’s license. Full-time position. Pay is based on experience.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with weekend availability

CONCRETE FOUNDATION: Superintendent Foreman

Seeking experienced Superintendent/Foreman in concrete foundations for commercial projects.

• Must have experience with layout, footings, walls (Symons forms), and rebar installation

• Will be leading a crew of 10-15 people

• Proficient in reading blueprints, rebar, and steel shop drawings

• Vehicle, cell phone, and tools will be provided

• Ability to navigate iPad or computer to review drawings, complete daily reports, email, etc.

• Requires good communication skills to work with the Operations Manager, Project Superintendents, material suppliers, crew members, and customers.

• Position is full-time

• Pay: $35 – $40.00/hr
